Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you use drsreekavya.in or pay for one of NAVA's live online programmes or workshops. The site and the programmes are run by Kavya (Dr. Sreekavya S H, BNYS · MFN · FMCN, TCMC Reg. No. 65), an individual business at Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, under the names NAVA and Dr. Sreekavya. By registering for a programme, you agree to these terms.
What you're paying for
Each programme page says what's included: the dates, the number of live sessions, the time, the platform (usually Google Meet) and the language. The price on the page is the amount you pay. There are no other charges from us.
Your payment books one place, for one person, in the batch named on the page.
Payments
Payments are made in Indian rupees through Razorpay, our payment provider, by UPI, card or net banking. Your card, UPI and bank details go straight to Razorpay. We never see or store them.
Your place is confirmed once the payment succeeds. You'll see a confirmation page with the link to the batch WhatsApp group, where class links are shared.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations follow our refund policy (/refund-policy) and cancellation policy (/cancellation-policy). In short: a full refund before the batch starts, a partial refund in the first week, and none after that.
Your health
NAVA's programmes are wellness and education programmes. They are not medical or psychological treatment, and they don't replace advice from your own doctor.
If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have had a recent injury or surgery, tell us before you join and check with your doctor. Keep taking any medicines as prescribed. During sessions, move within your own comfort and stop if something hurts.
Class links and recordings
Class links and recordings are for you only. Please don't share them, and don't record, download or post any session.
Each session's recording stays available for 7 days.
Taking part
Please be respectful to Dr. Sreekavya and to others in the batch. We may remove anyone from a batch or its WhatsApp group who disrupts sessions or treats others badly.
Content
The sessions, recordings, handouts and the content of this website belong to NAVA. You may use them for your own practice, but not copy, sell or share them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your registration is the one shown here on the day you paid.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
