Cancellation policy
This policy covers cancellations for NAVA's live online programmes and workshops, run by Kavya (Dr. Sreekavya S H, BNYS · MFN · FMCN, TCMC Reg. No. 65), an individual business at Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, under the names NAVA and Dr. Sreekavya.
Cancelling your place
You can cancel your place at any time by on WhatsApp or by phone at 9400976639, or by email at info@drsreekavya.in. Tell us your name and the WhatsApp number you registered with.
What you get back depends on when you cancel:
- Before the batch starts: a full refund.
- In the first week of the batch: a partial refund for the sessions not yet held.
- After the first week: no refund.
If we cancel or postpone a batch
If NAVA has to cancel a batch or change its start date, we'll tell you on WhatsApp as early as we can. You can then choose a full refund or a place in the next batch at no extra cost.
If a single session can't go ahead, we'll hold it on another day or share a recording, and tell you in the batch WhatsApp group.
