Rewire Mindfully

The NeuroYoga pathway: Sattva, Titiksha, Prajna.

Most of what we do, we do on autopilot. The same worries on repeat, the same reactions, the same habits we promised ourselves we'd drop. Rewire Mindfully is a three-stage path that helps you notice those patterns, stay steady when they fire, and choose what happens next.

Sounds familiar?

Patterns you already know by heart.

  • You replay a conversation for hours afterwards
  • You snap at someone, then regret it all evening
  • Your mind jumps between ten things and finishes none
  • You know exactly what to do, and still don't do it
  • The same worry comes back every night
  • Stress sits in your chest or shoulders all day

None of this means something is wrong with you. They're patterns, and patterns can be learned differently.

The pathway

From automatic to conscious, in three stages.

A structured journey from automatic patterns to conscious self-regulation and cognitive mastery. Start wherever yours shows up first.

01 · Implicit Processing → AwarenessSattva

In yogic philosophy, sattva is the quality of a clear, bright mind, the state in which a pattern can finally be seen for what it is.

Implicit mind & subconscious patterns

From automatic processing to conscious awareness

Sattva focuses on identifying automatic thoughts, implicit beliefs, emotional conditioning, cognitive schemas and habitual behavioural patterns.

Try it

One minute, six breaths.

Breathe in as the circle grows and out as it shrinks. Five seconds each way. This is the pace used in slow-breathing research, and it's where most of our breath work starts.

Studies of breathing at about six breaths a minute show a rise in heart rate variability, a sign that the calming side of your nervous system has switched on.

Roots

Yoga was a science of the mind first.

Long before neuroscience, Indian teachers mapped how habits of mind form and how they loosen. Each stage of the pathway takes its name from that work.

Yoga Sutras, 1.2

Yoga is the settling of the mind

Patanjali's second sutra defines yoga as the stilling of the mind's movements. The same text describes samskaras, impressions left by experience that shape how we react next time. Today we'd call them automatic patterns. That is Sattva's ground.

Bhagavad Gita, 2.14

Heat and cold come and go

Krishna tells Arjuna that pleasure and pain, like summer and winter, arrive and pass, and asks him to bear them steadily. The word he uses is titikshasva, the root of Titiksha.

A Kerala definition

The Vivekachudamani, attributed to Adi Shankara, born in Kalady on the Periyar, defines titiksha as bearing hardship without anxiety or complaint.

Prajna, discerning wisdom

Patanjali lists prajna among the qualities that carry a practitioner forward: trust, energy, memory, absorption, and finally wisdom.

Raja Yoga goes abroad

Swami Vivekananda's Raja Yoga brings Patanjali's psychology of the mind to readers in the West, and starts a worldwide interest in yoga as mind training.

Neuroplasticity

Brain imaging now shows that the brain keeps changing with practice throughout life. The old teachers had no scanners, but they described the same thing.

Research

What studies are finding.

The practices in this pathway have been studied more than most. A few findings:

These are published findings, not promises about your results. Everyone's mind works at its own pace.

How it runs

From first message to a plan you keep.

Usually 1 to 3 months, set after your first consult

  1. Enquire

Send a short note or a WhatsApp message. You'll hear back within one working day.

  2. First consult

One to one, online. What's been happening, where it shows up, what you've tried. You'll leave knowing which stage we start with, roughly how long it takes, and what it costs.

  3. The stages

One-to-one sessions through Sattva, Titiksha and Prajna. You start wherever your pattern shows up first.

  4. Review

We check what's changing and adjust the practices as you go. Usually one to three months in all.

Questions

What people ask first.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly. There's no such thing as a silly question here.

Is this counselling?

It uses counselling methods, like CBT-informed techniques, EFT and NLP, alongside meditation, breath work and movement. Every session is one to one.

Do I have to do all three stages?

Not always. You start wherever your pattern shows up first, and the first consult tells us where that is.

Do I need any yoga experience?

No. Everything is taught from the beginning, one to one, at your pace.

Can I do this alongside Reset Naturally?

Yes. Reset works on the body side of stress and Rewire on the mind side, so they fit together well.

What language are the sessions in?

Malayalam. If you'd rather speak in English, just ask.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what your plan needs, so there's no fixed price on the site. You'll get a clear figure after the first consult, before you commit to anything.

Notice the pattern. Then change it.

Tell us what keeps coming back. We'll suggest which stage to start with, or point you elsewhere if that suits you better.

You'll hear back within one working day.
